A: Yes, we provide an electronic POD/proof of delivery for all parcels sent through our premium courier service, including recipient signatures and delivery confirmation for added assurance. Hard copies (triplicate copy) can also be sent via post for a small fee if requested.
All consignments are delivered to the addressee ONLY.

We do NOT provide packaging materials. Your package/s must be ready for collection when our driver arrives. We do ensure all consignments big or small or fastened safely and securely.
